Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and generate your pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn footwear in its original shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring you attach the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
